Creating Quotes
Build a professional quotation and send it.
Create a quote
- Go to Quotes → New Quote.
- Pick a customer (or add a new one inline).
- Add line items in the items table.
- Review the live preview on the right, then Save.
The items table
ezcoute supports two ways of pricing, automatically:
- Auto-calc:enter unit prices and quantities; subtotal, discount and tax are computed for you.
- Manual totals:leave unit prices at zero and type line totals directly.
You can also add section headers to group items.
Saving & status
There’s a single Save button. Saving a draft promotes its status to Sent. Quotes move draft → sent → accepted / rejected / expired.
Sharing a document
Once a document is saved, use the toolbar buttons:
- Download PDF:render a print-ready PDF and choose where to save it.
- Share:opens the Windows share panel so you can send the PDF straight to WhatsApp, email or any other app. The PDF is also copied to your clipboard, so you can paste (Ctrl+V) to attach it anywhere.
- Print:print the document directly.
