Common questions.

Is it a subscription?

No. ezcoute is a one-time purchase with a lifetime license and free updates.

Where is my data stored?

On your own computer, locally. ezcoute works offline and doesn’t upload your business data.

How do I back up my data?

Your database lives in your Windows app-data folder (%APPDATA%\com.user.easy-quote\easy_quote.db). Copy that file to back it up; restore by copying it back.

Can I use it on two computers?

Yes, your license allows 2 device activations. See Licensing & Activation.

I didn’t get my key after a bank transfer.

Keys are issued once we confirm the transfer (usually within one business day). If it’s been longer, contact support with your order reference.
